Mitä? has done the impossible and made it possible with this free and amazing ground breaking new and grotesque free downloadable album; he has brought back the incredible lobit reggae star from Mexico; The Pink Blob.

Who is The Pink Blob?

The Pink Blob is a Mexican sheep herder who makes music from his farm. He doesn’t own an internet connection, only an old computer. He sends his releases to labels to release from a cafe in a small village near him.
This release contains remixes of his songs. Mostly in 80kbps with lots of 8kbps background noise, sometimes on surface. 16kbps and 64kbps has also been used here and there.

Almost all sound clips are taken from four original The Pink Blob songs (check the booklet for details).

In fact Mitä? had been a fan for years of the Pink Blob’s original reggae music and knew that the only way to get rid of this obsession, was to use and abuse his own musical skills…
…and release an album that kind of works as a tribute, an honorable record that includes original new material by Mitä, .
..but also Mitä? remixing the Pink Blob hit classics like ‘You Ruined My Life’ (now renamed ‘You Ruined My Flies’
and ‘Get The Fuck Out Of My Face (and café!).
To top of this amazing happening, Mitä? also brought a very spectacular tribute to another character in underground land; the well-known and fairly despised ‘Alex Spalding’ …
…he gets the honor to have his ‘I’m Going To Die’ hit single molded in to a Fecal Part you simply can’t get out of your head!

It doesn’t happen very often to come across an artist that does justice to underground legends of this caliber, and it’s just to say that only Mitä would be the right music maker who could do this fine and truly outstanding job.
